Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme allows eligible members to withdraw a portion of their Pension Savings for Hajj Pilgrimage. Members with a Retirement Savings Account balance exceeding MVR 336000 are considered eligible for this service and can finance up to 80% of their Hajj Pilgrimage expenses through MRPS.

If a member plans to utilize pension savings for Hajj, it is always a good idea to save separately for Hajj by paying voluntary contributions, this would help reduce the impact on members pension savings due to early withdrawals.
