Pension Office has conducted sessions of the Career Compass program from 13th to 15th January 2025 in Addu City. Designed for youth, the program provided valuable insights and practical tools to support participants in their professional growth.

As part of the program, participants engaged in interactive discussions and activities designed to equip them with practical strategies for successfully navigating their future careers.
