Pension Office has launched a series of panel discussions focused on the future of work and retirement, aimed at raising awareness among youth about the evolving workforce landscape and its impact on retirement planning.

The inaugural panel discussion took place on the 20th of February 2025 at Villa College, with over 40 students in attendance. The expert panelists focused on evolving workforce trends, the importance of retirement planning, and provided key insights about the Maldives Pension System.

This initiative is part of the Pension Office’s ongoing efforts to engage and educate youth on the evolving nature of work and the importance of preparing for retirement.
