Pension Office has conducted an information session on the Maldives Pension System and preparing for retirement in the Retirement Planning Seminar conducted by the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI).

Held on the 9th of April 2026, the session provided an overview of the Maldives Pension System along with key fundamentals of preparing for retirement. Participants received information on the Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme (MRPS), including contributions and investments, alongside key considerations for preparing for retirement, such as planning for retirement expenses and building sufficient savings. Civil servants from various institutions participated in the session.

The session was conducted as part of Pension Office’s ongoing initiative to promote awareness on the Maldives Pension System and encourage planning ahead for retirement.
