This service is designed to assist individuals in securing finance for home purchase without the need for an upfront down payment. Members have the option to utilize funds in their Retirement Savings Account (RSA) as collateral to secure housing loans.

To purchase a housing unit using this facility a members is required to :

Identify a housing unit for purchase
Secure a loan facility through an approved housing finance provider
Submit request to collateralise funds through finance provider
Pension Office assess members eligibily and make necessary arrangement to facilitate collateralisation process
Collateralised funds remains invested during the loan repayment period and member continues to receive returns from investments
After completion of loan repayment funds are returned to MRPS.
